- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion and cucumber. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until blended. Drizzle over salad; gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- In a serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber and onions. Sprinkle with sugar; toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir; serve with a slotted spoon.

CUCUMBER & TOMATO SALAD
This super simple cucumber tomato salad is going to be on your menu a lot this summer. It's slightly sweet, tangy, and zesty (thanks to Italian dressing). Red onion adds a bit of bite and flavor. Fresh dill makes the salad taste nice and fresh. Summertime in a bowl.

Steps:
- 1. Quarter or halve the cucumbers depending on the size used. then slice into 1/4" pieces.
- 2. Place cucumbers in a bowl and add tomatoes, onion, and dill.
- 3. Toss the cucumbers mixture with the Italian dressing until evenly coated with dressing.
- 4. Salt & pepper to taste.
- 5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. The longer the better!

- Slice tomatoes and cucumbers and place them in a large bowl. Thinly slice onion and add them to the salad bowl.
- In a small ramekin, stir together 2 Tbsp sunflower oil, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp fine sea salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
- Just before serving, drizzle your salad with dressing and add more salt to taste if desired. Don't add the dressing early or the tomatoes will be too juicy.
