1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon jiro(cumin powder)
½ teaspoon Dana(coriander powder)
2 teaspoons green masala
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Approximately 1 cup buttermilk

500g chicken fillet cut in strips
¼ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)(Cumin seeds)
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed green chillies
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
4 tablespoons white vinegar
Lemon butter sauce
60g butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 potatoes grated and

Steps:

  • 1. Marinate chicken for at least an hour. Cook in ghee or butter 2. Bring the sauce ingredients to a boil and add to the chicken when almost done 3. Once done, shred slightly 4. Serve on top of puris. Garnish with grated potatoes

3 tablespoons butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Saute about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
