GARLICKY FRENCH FRIES WITH PARMESAN AND PARSLEY
These Garlicky French Fries with Parmesan and Parsley will help you to eat what you love. Crispy fries, without all the extra fat and calories. Sounds like a winner to me!

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices that are 1/3-inch thick. Soak potato strips in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Dry the potatoes with paper towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss. Divide the potatoes between 2 baking sheets coated with olive oil spray or lined with parchment paper and spread into a single layer. Bake until the potatoes are golden brown, about 50 minutes, turning the potatoes every 10 minutes.
- Place the cooked potatoes in a large bowl and toss with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- They are delicious, but as with everything, watch your serving size and limit it to ½ cup of French fries. Enjoy!

- Pour olive oil into a large resealable plastic bag and add potatoes. Seal the bag and shake to coat every piece with oil.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a second resealable bag. Pour oiled potatoes into the bag, seal, and toss well to coat.
- Spread potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
