Garlicky French Fries with Parmesan and Parsley image

These Garlicky French Fries with Parmesan and Parsley will help you to eat what you love. Crispy fries, without all the extra fat and calories. Sounds like a winner to me!

4 medium russet potatoes, unpeeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices that are 1/3-inch thick. Soak potato strips in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Dry the potatoes with paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss. Divide the potatoes between 2 baking sheets coated with olive oil spray or lined with parchment paper and spread into a single layer. Bake until the potatoes are golden brown, about 50 minutes, turning the potatoes every 10 minutes.
  • Place the cooked potatoes in a large bowl and toss with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • They are delicious, but as with everything, watch your serving size and limit it to ½ cup of French fries. Enjoy!

4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp. finely chopped Italian parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Spread fries into single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets.
  • Bake 32 to 36 min. or until crisp and deep golden brown.
  • Microwave oil and garlic in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. Pour evenly over fries; toss until evenly coated. Add cheese and parsley; mix lightly.

3 medium russet potatoes, or more to taste, sliced into even strips
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
½ tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour olive oil into a large resealable plastic bag and add potatoes. Seal the bag and shake to coat every piece with oil.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a second resealable bag. Pour oiled potatoes into the bag, seal, and toss well to coat.
  • Spread potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip potatoes over and bake until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, about 15 minutes more.
