GLUTEN FREE COOKIE MIX IN A JAR



Gluten Free Cookie Mix in a Jar image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 ½ cups (337.5 grams) gfJules™ Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sea salt
1 cup brown sugar (or coconut palm sugar), packed
½ cup granulated cane sugar
½ cup chocolate chips (Enjoy Life Foods® or Pascha® Chocolates make allergen-free chips)
2 ¼ cups (304 grams) gfJules™ Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
1 cup granulated cane sugar

Steps:

  • Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix in a Jar:In a small bowl, whisk together measured gfJules™ flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Spoon half of this mixture into the bottom of a large mason jar (24 ounces), reserving the other half for another layer. Spoon in brown sugar, white sugar, chocolate chips and remaining flour to fill the jar in layers, being careful not to shake the jar or the layers will begin to mix. Print directions and liquid/refrigerated additions and attach to jar before gifting. Each row represents the name, wet ingredients to add and the instructions for that cookie mix. Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Mix in a Jar:Whisk together the gfJules™ flour with baking powder and salt. Spoon into the bottom of a jar (at least 20 ounce size). Top with measured sugar. Print directions and liquid/refrigerated additions and attach to jar before gifting. Attach a baggie of colored sanding sugar or gluten-free sprinkles and a small cookie cutter for an extra special presentation.
