GOLDEN HOUR MARGARITA

Steps:

• This drink can be shaken and served on the rocks or frozen
• Rim a glass with a mixture of equal parts salt, turmeric and chilli pepper
• SHAKE all ingredients or blend to combine
• Pour into rimmed glass (filled with ice if you used a shaker)
• Special ingredient #1: Tumeric agave syrup - 2 cups agave, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons turmeric powder
• Add agave, water and turmeric to a saucepan
• Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to incorporate the turmeric
• Let cool and strain into a sealable bottle

GOLDEN MARGARITA

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• If you like, rim a chilled margarita glass with salt: Wet the rim with a lime wedge then roll it in a shallow dish of coarse salt.
• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and sour mix. Add a splash of orange juice if you prefer.
• Shake well .
• Strain into the prepared glass.
• Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy.

CUERVO GOLDEN MARGARITA

Steps:

• Rub rim of a chilled margarita glass with half a lime.
• Dip into salt to coat.
• In a shaker with ice, add Jose Cuervo Especial, Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita mix, and Grand Marnier.
• Shake vigorously.
• Strain into glass filled with ice

GOLDEN MARGARITA

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the tequila, liqueur, lime juice, Simple Syrup and egg whites. Shake for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
• Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. (Alternatively, heat in the microwave.) Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
