DELILAH'S 7 CHEESE MAC AND CHEESE

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until slightly al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
- Add the Velveeta, butter and 2 cups of the half-and-half to the large bowl of eggs. Add the warm macaroni tossing until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining half-and-half, 3 cups of the sharp yellow Cheddar, the remaining grated cheeses, and salt and pepper, tossing until completely combined in the large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into 9 by 13-inch casserole or baking dishes (approximately 3 (3-quart) baking dishes) and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of sharp yellow cheese and bake until golden brown on top, about 30 minutes more.
- Serve hot.
OOEY GOOEY MAC AND CHEESE
Yummy mac and cheese that is so ooey and gooey. My kids go wild over this dish. It is great with anything: chicken, beef, or pork. Use any type of cheese you like; I use whatever I have in the fridge.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant. Stir in flour, mustard powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk in half-and-half. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Add processed cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
- Pour cheese sauce over cooked pasta; stir well to combine.

Since I was a young child, my Mother made this. And now that I have a young one and family of my own, I love to share this amazing dish. It's easy to make and the outcome is just pure heaven. Cheesy, comforting, and a classic. Hope you enjoy!!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Tear all 24 slices of cheese into pieces; place in a medium saucepan on low heat.
- Add butter and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
- Add 2 cups milk just until cheese is almost covered (you can always add more later).
- Add pepper.
- Keep on low to medium heat until completely melted; be sure to constantly stir so it doesn't stick or burn.
- Boil macaroni as directed on package; drain and place in an 11x7 baking dish.
- Pour cheese mixture into macaroni; stir in thoroughly until well mixed. (This is my favorite part, where the magic happens!).
- Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes until edges are bubbling.
- Enjoy!
- The servings listed are as a meal, but it works well as a side dish too!

GQ - MAGNIFICENT MAC & CHEESE

- Step 1 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drizzle the oil into the boiling water, add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions. Drain well. Step 2 1. Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan, but do not allow it to boil. Melt 6 tablespoons of the butter in a large (4-quart) pot and add the flour all at once. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring with a whisk. Whisk in the hot milk and cook for a minute or two more, until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the cooked pasta and stir well. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Step 3 1. Arrange the tomato slices on top. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter; toss with the fresh breadcrumbs to coat evenly, and sprinkle all over the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the pasta is browned on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
