Steps:
- Line a 9 x 13 pan with wax or parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and a few drops green gel food coloring, stirring until well combined. Add more food coloring if necessary to reach desired color.
- Pour mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Using wax or parchment paper, press mixture down evenly into pan. Sprinkle with Holiday sprinkles. Place in refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
- Using a Christmas tree cookie cutter, cut trees out of cooled treats, as close together as possible.

GREEN RICE KRISPIE TREATS
Steps:
- Melt & Mix Butter and Marshmallows together. Either on low on the stove top. Or in 30 second increments in the microwave.
- Once melted, add and stir in the green and yellow food coloring. I did a very light/tinted green color for these. But you can add as much or as little depending on how much color you want.
- Add and stir in Rice Krispies cereal. Make sure that mixture is evenly distributed.
- Spread mixture into pan with greased spatula.
- Let treats cool for around 30 mins and then cut and enjoy!
CHRISTMAS RICE CRISPY TREATS RECIPE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and the marshmallows in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the marshmallows melt completely.
- Immediately stir in the crispy rice cereal. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, so that the rice crispy treats are about 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick.
- Spray a sharp knife generously with cooking spray. Use it to cut the rice crispy treats into large triangles.
- Break or cut the candy canes into 3-inch pieces. Insert a candy cane into the bottom of each rice crispy treat triangle to form the trunk of the Christmas tree.
- Let the rice crispy treats cool completely before decorating with icing, candies, and colored sugar.

Steps:
- Mix crispy rice cereal, cranberries, and apricots together in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine and set aside.
- Combine orange zest and juice, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and cloves in a large saucepan over low heat. Cook until butter is melted and stir to combine. Add marshmallows all at once; cook, stirring constantly, until fully melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Quickly pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal mixture and toss to combine, making sure cereal is thoroughly coated.
- Lightly butter or oil clean hands and a 1/3 cup measure. Scoop out 1/3 cup of the cereal mixture and press firmly into a tree shape. Flatten the bottom of the tree and set aside. Continue making trees, re-buttering your hands as needed, until all the mixture is used up. Allow trees to cool and harden for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Cut whole apricots into star shapes, using a sharp paring knife or small cookie cutter. Set the scraps aside for extra decoration. Chop dried cranberries for extra decoration.
- Combine white chocolate and butter in a small heat-proof bowl. Microwave until chocolate is melted, about 30 seconds. Stir to combine. Pour white chocolate into a piping bag.
- Pipe white chocolate into decorative patterns all over the trees, covering the very tops to adhere the apricot stars. Use remaining white chocolate to adhere extra chopped apricots and cranberries as desired. Reheat chocolate in the microwave for 10 seconds if it begins to harden. Allow chocolate to fully harden on the trees before serving.

CLASSIC CRISPY RICE TREATS
Gooey marshmallows and crispy rice cereal come together in this recipe for the all-original favorite. We added a splash of vanilla extract and pinch of salt to give these sweet treats a palatable punch. Cut into squares, store between a few pieces of wax paper (to prevent any sticking) and enjoy for up to three days.

Steps:
- Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on each of the longer sides. Spray the foil lightly with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Working quickly, add the rice cereal to the pot and stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and press into an even, compact layer. (Spray your hands with a little cooking spray to keep them from sticking when pressing the cereal mixture into the pan). Decorate with toppings if using (see Cook's Note).
- Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut into 24 squares. Store the cereal treats at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
CHRISTMAS RICE KRISPIES MARSHMALLOW BALLS
This is such a great addition to any Christmas tray. They are so cheap and easy to make, and they taste great. My Grandma gave me the recipe, but I'm not to sure where she picked it up from. Hope you enjoy.
