A warm graham cracker crunch to top your ice cream with! Spoon hot over a bowl of cold vanilla ice cream. Really tasty, really easy!

2 graham crackers, crumbled
¼ cup brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 dash salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a small baking pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix together crumbled graham crackers, brown sugar and cinnamon. Combine melted butter and vanilla, then stir in. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle white sugar and salt over the top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

These are so much fun to make. You don't just have to stick with squares and rectangles, get creative with shapes and cookie cutters.

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup butter
⅔ cup brown sugar
½ cup water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
  • Use an electric mixer to beat the butter and brown sugar together until light. Stir in the flour mixture. Slowly pour in the water; stir until dough is formed. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  • On a well floured board, roll dough to between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick. Use a knife or cookie cutter to cut dough into squares or rectangles. Transfer crackers to prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until light brown, 11 to 13 minutes. Remove crackers from oven. Use a fork to pierce multiple holes on tops of crackers.

A quick and easy graham cracker toffee that is ready in less than 30 minutes!

16 whole graham crackers
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Buy All Ingredients

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a 15x10x1 inch baking sheet with foil or parchment paper lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  • Break graham crackers into quarters and cover the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour evenly the graham crackers. You may need to spread mixture evenly over graham crackers with a spoon.
  • Bake for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the baked toffee and let them melt for a few minutes. Spread melted chocolate evenly over the toffee.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the melted chocolate.
  • Cool completely (put in fridge to set up faster) and break into pieces to serve.
  • Store in an airtight container.

I found this on the back of a box of Kroger box of graham crackers. It really is good. As stated on the box, if you are going to put this on chocolate ice cream,try using orange or mint extract rather than vanilla. Also, when using chocolate ice cream, you may want to omit the cinnamon. I tried it on the chocolate ice cream, and left the cinnamon in, and I thought it tasted great. Guess it's a personal thing.

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Butter a 8X8-inch baking pan.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix together crumbled graham crackers,brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Combine with melted butter and vanilla, mix well.
  • Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle sugar and salt over the top.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Cool slightly, then put on top of your favorite ice cream.

  • To a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan with high sides, add the butter, brown sugar, salt, and heat over medium-high heat to melt. Stir constantly until butter has melted.
  • After butter has melted, allow mixture to boil for about 4 1/2 to 5 minutes at a medium-fast boil (lots of bubbles). Stir constantly to prevent burning. As you approach the 4 minute mark, mixture should seem thickened with the consistency of medium-thick caramel sauce. I pulled mine off the heat at 4 1/2 minutes because it was thick enough.
