1/2 pkg. (9 lasagna pieces) Great Value Oven Ready
Lasagna
1 (32 oz.) container Frigo Ricotta Cheese Part Skim
2 cups Hy Vee Reduced Fat Finely Shredded Mozzarella
Cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1 (24 oz. ) jar Newman's Own Tomato & Basil Bombalina
Pasta Sauce
1 c. water
1 (16 oz.) pkg. 93% lean ground beef

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Brown and drain ground beef.
  • In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, and Mozzarella. Mix well.
  • In another medium bowl, combine pasta sauce, ground beef, and 1 c. water. Mix well.
  • In a 9 x 13 pan, spread 1 1/2 c. meat sauce. Place 1/3 of the lasagna over the sauce. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over the lasagna. Repeat layering once. Top with remaining sauce, then cheese.
  • Cover the lasagna with a double layer of aluminum foil. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the lasagna is fork-tender.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes sealed with foil before cutting and serving.
