Steps:

  • Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat; remove from heat, then stir in sugar until dissolved. Add the tea and peppermint tea bags, and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Remove tea bag and stir in the lemonade. Serve tea over ice.

I have to watch my sugar intake, so I purposely made it low in sugar...but this can be flavored to personal preference. I literally make a jug of this each day and go through the whole thing.   • Transfer the liquid to a large jug and add lemon and sugar. Add more sugar if needed. Drink hot or cold.
