GRILLED GREEN ONION BURGERS

- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-low heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain; reserve drippings., Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine teriyaki, hoisin, onions, garlic, cumin and pepper. Add beef, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into eight 1/2-in.-thick patties. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 5-7 minutes on each side. Keep warm., In the same skillet, cook mushrooms in 2 tablespoon bacon drippings over medium-high heat until golden, 5-7 minutes. Add bok choy to skillet; cook until tender. Remove and keep warm., In the same skillet, fry eggs in remaining bacon drippings over medium heat until desired doneness. Serve burgers on buns with bacon, bok choy, mushrooms and fried egg.

GRILLED ONION BURGERS
Grilled Onion Burgers are one of the tastiest burgers you can make on the grill. Loaded with bits of onion and barbecue sauce mixed in plus smoky grilled onions on top. These burgers are going to steal the show at your next cookout!

Steps:
- Mix ground beef with barbecue sauce and one diced onion.
- Form into 8 patties and season with 2 teaspoons of kosher salt, 2 teaspoons of black pepper and garlic.
- Make an indention in the center of each patty.
- Prepare a grill fire to about 300°. We used lump charcoal and hickory for smoke flavor.
- When fire dies down, scoot the coals to the edges of the grill.
- Slice remaining 2 onions and add to a skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cook patties and onions over indirect heat with the lid closed for about 6 - 8 minutes.
- Flip burgers and stir onions. Cover and cook until internal temperature of burgers reaches 165°.
- Remove from grill.
- Butter buns and toast lightly.
- Serve grilled burgers on toasted buns, topped with grilled onions and burger sauce along with your favorite toppings.

- Preheat the grill on medium to high heat setting, slice the onions into 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick slices, form the ground beef into 4 - 4 ounce patties, rinse and dry the arugula, measure the cheese, set everything aside.
- Make the sauce: mix the yogurt, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, hot sauce, and honey together and set it aside.
- Reduce the heat on the grill to medium. Season the burgers with salt and pepper, brush the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the onions.
- Place the burgers and onions on the grill. Cook the burgers and onions for about 5 to 6 minutes and flip them over, cook for five minutes longer or until the burgers reach your desired doneness. At this point, the onions should be cooked too (they will be soft and slightly browned on the outside).
