GRILLED TURKEY BURGERS WITH COUSCOUS
From a community cookbook. Don't want to lose this recipe. I just bought ground turkey and this sounds different with the raw cous cous mixed in with onion, Dijon, soy sauce, lemon juice, tomato paste, apple juice, white pepper, garlic, red pepper sauce and egg white. Who thought of that?

Steps:
- Pound the turkey and grill about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Follow the directions on the box for the couscous. Slice and cut the vegetables and add them to the couscous. Place the oil in a wok or wide fry pan. Heat oil to 365 degrees. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and when the oil is very hot, add them to the oil and fry until golden brown.
GRILLED TURKEY BURGERS
This is a healthy alternative to the usual ground beef burgers as it uses ground turkey and zucchini in the hamburger patty mix. You can also make the spicy sauce below to use as a condiment with your hamburger.

Steps:
- Spray "grill cooking spray," such as Pam, on the grill grate while it is unheated. Then prepare the outdoor grill for covered direct grilling on medium.
- In a medium bowl, combine zucchini, onion, and Cajun seasoning until well-mixed. With hands, add ground turkey and mix until just blended. Shape into four 3/4-inch-thick burgers, handling meat as little as possible for best texture.
- Place burgers on hot grill grate and cook 12-14 minutes or just until no longer pink throughout, turning once.
- Prepare sauce: In small bowl, combine ketchup and hot sauce; set aside.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato and condiments of your choice.

GRILLED TURKEY BURGERS
I love to serve these burgers up on a hot day! I enjoy turkey burgers much more than beef burgers. :-) For a jucier burger, try not to use the leanest ground turkey. The leaner the turkey, the drier your burgers will be.

Steps:
- First you will want to heat your grill to HIGH.
- In a bowl, combine your turkey with grated cheese with a fork.
- Then add the scallions, breadcrumbs, garlic, and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Then gently form turkey mixture into four patties, approximately 1 inch thick.
- If you have trouble forming patties, you may need to add more breadcrumbs; it really depends on the amount of moisture that your meat contains.
- Lightly oil your grill and place patties on the hottest point of your grill, and sear them until they are browned*this will take approximately 1-2 minutes on each side* Move the patties to a"cooler" part of the grill, and continue grilling until they are cooked through, aproximately 5-10 minutes on each side.
- I serve these on buns (i grill my buns a little!), tomato, lettuce, and some enjoy pickles on them!

GRILLED GROUND TURKEY BURGERS
These juicy, tender patties on whole wheat buns make a wholesome, satisfying sandwich. We especially like to grill this turkey burger recipe, but you could also pan-fry them. -Sherry Hulsman, Elkton, Florida
