BEEF PAPRIKA
This is a recipe my Aunt always makes. It has some weird ingredients, but tastes great. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

COUNTRY GOULASH
My grandfather came from Hungary when he was three. My grandmother made this recipe for a taste of home for him. It is Americanized, but still delicious. He added sour cream to his, while we kids we ate it plain. The consistency grandma made was like a casserole or stew rather than a soup.

MAGYAR BEEF PAPRIKASH
An inexpensive, delicious Hungarian-style dish just lovely served with dilled cucumber and onion salad and hearty dark bread. Don't worry about the alcohol in the wine...it evaporates, leaving only the flavor.

BEEF PAPRIKASH WITH FIRE-ROASTED TOMATOES
Beef paprikash, a Hungarian dish, makes a marvelous Sunday dinner. We prefer it with kluski egg noodles, or try mashed potatoes. -Gloria Bradley, Naperville, Illinois
