My mom and I had this at the Magic Kingdom® in Disney® and it is to die for! Excellent on a hot day as a smoothie and even better when frozen as a sorbet.

2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
⅓ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Blend pineapple, sugar, lemon juice, and lime juice together in a blender until mostly smooth; freeze until slushy consistency, 1 to 2 hours. Stir cream into pineapple mixture until evenly incorporated.

2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers coconut-flavored vodka
1 tablespoon chilled low-fat coconut milk, or as needed

Steps:

  • Combine pineapple and vodka in a blender. Blend on medium speed; add coconut milk and blend until smooth and the consistency of frozen yogurt, adding more coconut milk if needed to thin mixture.
