- In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

LAYERED HALLOWEEN TACO DIP
Layer salsa, refried beans, seasoned cream cheese, avocados and cheese for a festive Layered Halloween Taco Dip. What makes it a Layered Halloween Taco Dip, you ask? Pay attention to the sour cream spider web design on top!

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese and taco seasoning mix until blended; spread onto large round platter. Top with layers of salsa and beans.
- Mash avocados with lime juice until smooth; spread over beans.
- Spoon sour cream into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle sour cream into spider web design on top of dip.
- Place remaining ingredients around edge of platter.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.

Great colors for Halloween, but delicious enough to serve anytime. This is a must-serve every year for our Halloween buffet! Serving size is an estimate--it makes a big bowl of salsa!

- Notes: I usually buy yellow and orange tomatoes, if the grocery store has them. Also, I have a friend who doesn't like avocados, so sometimes I substitute roasted green chiles for the avocado. You can also add a clove of minced garlic and a little cumin (1/2 tsp or so) if you like it.
