HAM AND CHEDDAR MACARONI SALAD
I made this on a Sunday to keep in the fridge for DH to grab for dinner during the week because it was too hot to cook! He loved it and ate the whole big bowl! Its more of a main dish pasta salad. Try it I think you'll like it!

Steps:
- Dice ham into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Combine ham and cheese with macaroni, celery, onion and pickle.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard,Salt and pepper to taste.
- Then stir into macaroni mixture, mixing well.
- Chill well until ready to serve, several hours for maximum flavor.

CHEF SALAD WITH HAM
Steps:
- Wash and dry the lettuce. Chop it and add it to a salad bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Combine the Ranch ingredients in a bowl, and drizzle on top of the salad.
- Toss to combine and serve.

- Whisk the mayonnaise and mustard together in a large bowl. Pulse the ham and pickles in a food processor until finely chopped but not pureed. Add the ham mixture, pickle juice, celery, onions and celery leaves to the mayonnaise mixture, and stir. Taste; if the salad seems dry (it should be spreadable), add more mayonnaise and/or pickling liquid. Serve as is or on sandwiches.
CREAMY HAM AND CHEDDAR PASTA SALAD

- Whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, cider vinegar, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle a few more red onions, shredded cheese, bell peppers, and chopped green onions over the top to garnish.
- Keep refrigerated

- Toast the bun halves; remove from oven and spread a thin layer of butter on each half.
- Set aside the top halves of the buns but keep them warm.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- Spread each bun with about 1/4 c of the ham and egg mixture (or more according to your taste).
- Broil about 5 inches from the heat source until hot and cheese has melted; about 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and replace top halves of buns on the filling; serve hot.
- Number of servings will depend on how much filling you put on each bun.
