This warm, sweet summer treat can be enjoyed any time of year, thanks to frozen berries. Try it for breakfast or even dessert-it's that good.

- Combine the oatmeal, sugar, walnuts, flour and cinnamon in a large mug. Using a fork, cut in the butter until the texture becomes crumbly.
- Place the berries on top of the crumble mixture and microwave on high power for 2 minutes, until the fruit starts to bubble and slightly thicken. Stir to bring the crumble to the surface and serve with a dollop of yogurt on top.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Measure out your frozen berries, rinse them, and let them stand in a colander.
- In a small bowl, mix oats, walnuts, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the butter or oil with a fork until mixture is 'pebbly' in appearance.
- Oil two small (1-2 cup) ramekins or mugs.
- Divide mixture between the two.
- Top each with 3/4 cup berries.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Cool and enjoy!

- Stir brown sugar with cornstarch then stir in berries.
- Transfer to lightly greased 6 cup microwave safe dish.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 3 1/2 minutes if using fresh berries, or 6 minutes if using frozen berries (berries should look thickened and bubbly).
- Stir once halfway through cooking.
- For topping, mix topping ingredients together with fingers or fork until evenly mixed and spread onto a micro-safe plate.
- Cook uncovered on high for about 4 minutes stirring once halfway through cook time, until lightly golden and crumbly.
- Spoon over the blueberry mixture and serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
