Bacon Horseradish Dip Heluva Good! Copycat Recipe image

Homemade Bacon Horseradish Dip that tastes just like the popular brand! Made with real bacon, horseradish sauce, and sour cream, it's easy to make and full of flavor.

8 ounces center cut bacon
12 ounces store-bought horseradish sauce ((I used Dietz & Watson))
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain and process until fine in a food processor.
  • Combine the horseradish sauce, sour cream, and onion powder in a medium mixing bowl; stir well. Fold in the crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

3 pkg surimi (fake crab in rolls)
1 pkg helluva good onion dip (red container)
Half tsp fresh black pepper
ALMOST READY - ONE MORE STEP

Steps:

  • 1. Chop up crab meat to nice consistency (not too fine) Use a nut chopper if you have one as works well.
  • 2. Fold in full container Onion Dip and the pepper.
  • 3. Leave overnight in fridge as flavour enhances. Serve with nice crunchy crackers - i.e. Mary's Crackers work nicely.
  • 4. When using place in nice serving dish and voila!
