50 ml fresh chillies 573
3 cloves garlic cloves, crushed
15 ml lemon juice
4-8 lamb chops
1 onion chopped
6 potatoes peeled and diced
10 ml stock powder beef
5 ml fresh thyme chopped

Steps:

  • Mix 30ml oil with the garlic and lemon juice. Pour over the chops and leave to stand.Heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion until golden. Add potatoes and stir. Cover and cook for a few minutes until the potatoes have browned, then turn them. Towards the end of the cooking time, mix beef stock powder with 150ml water. Stir into the potatoes along with the thyme.Cook until the potatoes are tender. Cover and set aside.Grill the chops under a hot grill or on a griddle pan. 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, halved
1/3 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup coarsely chopped chives
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 lamb loin chops (1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)
POTATOES:
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 cups fresh baby spinach
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

Steps:

  • Place the first nine ingredients in a food processor; pulse until blended. Spread over both sides of chops. Let stand 30 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook 15-20 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt and paprika; remove from pan. Keep warm., Grill chops, covered, over medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°)., Toss spinach with potatoes; sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve with lamb chops.

6 to 8 large cloves garlic, quartered
2 cups panko bread crumbs (Japanese)
3 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, stripped from the stems
1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 to 8 loin lamb chops
1/4 cup grapeseed oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Place the garlic, bread crumbs, and rosemary in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds to chop, then add enough olive oil until a paste is formed. Season with salt and pepper. Press paste firmly onto surface of lamb chops. Heat grapeseed oil over medium heat in a saute pan and brown each side of the chops, leaving undisturbed for the first 2 minutes to allow the crust to integrate into the meat. Place on a baking sheet and finish in the oven, for approximately 6 to 8 additional minutes.
