HERSHEYS BIG DADDY DROP SUGAR COOKIES

Steps:

• 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. 2 Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add alternately with buttermilk to butter mixture. Using 1/4 cup (#20) ice cream scoop or 1/4 cup measuring cup, drop dough about 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. 3 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until cookie springs back when touched lightly in center. While cookies are on cookie sheet, sprinkle lightly with additional sugar. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 1 dozen cookies. * To sour milk: Use 1 teaspoon white vinegar plus milk to equal 1/3 cup. NOTE: This is an old-fashioned cakey sugar cookie. HERSHEY'S SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
• 2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto slightly greased cookie sheet (I use 'Bakers' Joy').
• 3. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cook completely. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.

HERSHEY'S DOUBLY CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• 1. In mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
• 2. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• 3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts
• 4. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
• 5. SUBSTITUTIONS: Very rarely do I make this recipe as is. I usually omit the nuts and use some kind of mint chip. Andeas, Hershey dark chocolate mint, Andeas Pepermint stick chips or white chips

HERSHEY'S CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
• Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
• Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• Blend into creamed mixture drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet bake at 350° for 10 minutes (Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling.) cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute remove to wire rack to cool.
