My kids loves chocolate so much and they loves my fudge. I make them on holidays. They are so delicious and sweet.

1 1/2 pound(s) hershey's kisses
1 7 ounce(s) marshmallow creme
1 13 ounce(s) canned evaporated milk
1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine
5 cup(s) sugar
5 cup(s) pecan pieces or black walnuts

Steps:

Put kisses and marshmallow creme in large boiler and set aside. Combine butter, evaporated milk and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil on medium heat 8 minutes only. Don't overcook. Pour this mixture over kisses and marshmallow creme. This will melt the kisses. Stir quickly. Add nuts and put waxed paper on baking sheet and spread and cut squares. Makes approximately 70 pieces.

2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 ounce) bag Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses
3 peppermint candy canes ((crushed))

Steps:

Line a 9x9-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Place milk chocolate chips and half the can of sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until chips and milk are melted together.
Once everything is melted together, place the melted chocolate chips in the bottom of the foil covered pan. Place in the fridge.
Place white chocolate chips and the other half of the can of sweetened condensed milk in the medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until chips and milk are melted.
Once melted, pour on top of the milk chocolate layer and stick it back in the fridge.
Place Hershey's Kisses in the medium saucepan over low heat and stir until melted.
Pour over the white chocolate layer.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top before white chocolate cools.
Let cool, cut into squares and serve.

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter (softened to room temp)
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups sugar (divided)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 (10 ounce) package Hershey's Hugs
1/4 cup sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together shortening, softened butter, brown sugar and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and cocoa powder.
Add to the wet ingredients and combine.
Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in 1/4 cup sugar.
Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes or until set up.
Let the cookies cool for 1 minute, then place a Hershey's Hug on top of each one. Press down gently.
Allow to cool until the Hugs are set up.

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in heavy 4-quart saucepan; stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches 234°F on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water, forms a soft ball which flattens when removed from water. (Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan).
Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Do not stir. Cool at room temperature to 110°F (lukewarm). Beat with wooden spoon until fudge thickens and just begins to lose some of its gloss (about 7 minutes). Quickly spread in prepared pan; cool completely. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
