3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 chicken (3 pounds), cut into 8 pieces, rinsed and patted dry
1 cup, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, prepared
1 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil for frying

Steps:

  • Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish. Pour salad dressing over the chicken to cover. Chill covered for at least 1 hour.
  • Remove chicken from the dish. Shake off any excess marinade. Discard any leftover marinade. On a large plate, mix flour, salt
  • and pepper. Roll each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour.
  • In a large deep skillet, heat the oil to 375 degrees F. Fry the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden and juices run clear.

2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place chicken breasts into a Glad® sandwich bag and pound until they are 3/4 of an inch thick (optional).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish to fit. Brush with the melted butter or olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle or shake the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken on both sides. If there is any remaining butter, drizzle over the seasoned chicken.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot.

½ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®)
1 large egg
1 tablespoon milk
¾ cup plain bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place butter in 9x13-inch baking dish and let melt in the preheating oven.
  • Slice chicken breast against the grain into thin strips.
  • Place ranch dressing mix in a small bowl. Whisk egg and milk together in a second bowl. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dredge each chicken strip in ranch dressing mix, then coat in egg mixture and cover with bread crumbs; arrange in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Gently turn chicken pieces over and bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 15 minutes longer.

2 eggs
kosher salt
1-1½ cups panko crumbs
2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1¼ pounds chicken tenders
olive oil spray
Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing

Steps:

  • Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set the air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, to taste. On a plate, mix the panko crumbs with the ranch seasoning mix.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, then press into the panko, making sure to coat all sides. Spray the tenders with olive oil spray (or other oil spray) on both sides.
  • In batches (you'll get 4-6 per basket), cook the chicken tenders for about 6-8 minutes on each side, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the outside is crisp and golden. Serve immediately with ranch dressing, for dipping.

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Combine cornflakes and basil in a medium bowl. Put 1/2 bottle dressing in a separate bowl. Dip chicken strips in dressing, sprinkle with pepper, and coat in cornflake mixture. Arrange chicken in a single layer on nonstick baking pan, and bake 15 minutes, or until done. I use the boxed Kellogg's cornflake crumbs for this, you can usually find them next to the Shake and Bake chicken coating mixes, if you are not able to find the boxed crumbs then you can use a processor to crush the cornflakes, reduce the baking time to 25 minutes for strips and for tenders bake only 20 minutes --- LOW-FAT OPTION use a healthy butter alternative in place of butter

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a shallow dish mix together the cornflake crumbs with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder (if using) black pepper and dry ranch dressing mix.
  • Place the melted butter in a shallow dish.
  • Coat the chicken breast or strips into the melted butter, then roll into the cornflake mixture.
  • Place in prepared baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (strips or tenders or chicken strips might take less time).
