HOMEMADE SILVER CLEANER

Steps:

• Mix the water and salt in a bucket until the salt dissolves.
• Place the silver in the foil pan, ensuring each piece touches the foil.
• Pour the saltwater over the silver.
• Remove the silver when the tarnish vanishes.
• Rinse with warm water and towel dry.

ALLIE'S HOMEMADE JEWELRY CLEANER

Steps:

• Pour water into a microwave-safe mug or bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Line the bottom of a cereal bowl with aluminum foil. Pour hot water into the bowl. Add salt, baking soda, and dish detergent; do not stir. Place jewelry on top of foil. Let soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Rinse jewelry in cool water and dry well with a soft cloth.

CLEANING SILVER

Steps:

• Combine the above ingredients in a clean kitchen sink.
• Put your tarnished silver and silver plated items into the sink and let sit for a few minutes.
• Watch as the tarnish disappears from the silverware and reappears on the foil.
• Rinse extremely well with water to prevent pitting of silverplate.
• Magic!

SILVER CLEANER

Steps:

• Run 1 litre of hot water into sink.
• Dissolve 1 tbsp of fabric softener and 1 tbsp salt in the water.
• Place aluminum foil on the bottom of the sink.
• Place tarnished silver on the foil.
• Make sure silver is completely immersed.
• Silver will come clean in 10 seconds.
