Homemade Strawberry Daiquiri Recipes

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• Combine lime zest and 2 tablespoons sugar in a food processor. Pulse until combined. Set aside.
• Place lime juice, strawberries, rum, 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, depending on the sweetness of your strawberries, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
• Rub the rims of four glasses with a lime wedge, dip rims in lime sugar, and fill glasses with daiquiri.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• Add to a blender and puree: ice cubes, light rum, Triple Sec, fresh strawberries and lime juice. Rub the rim of a glass with lime. Roll the glass in sugar. Garnish with lime wedges. Taste and enjoy!

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• In a blender, place the strawberries, banana, and frozen lemonade. Fill the empty lemonade can halfway with rum, if using, and add it to the blender with the sugar and ice. Blend until well combined and slushy. Add the orange juice to thin the mixture if necessary, or more ice cubes to make it thicker.
• Divide among 2 or 3 glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve.

BEST STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• In a blender, combine ice, sugar and strawberries. Pour in lime juice, lemon juice, rum and lemon-lime soda. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

FROZEN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth and divide among 6 highball or hurricane-style glasses. Garnish each glass with a strawberry slice and serve immediately.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI BY REQUEST

Steps:

• Place the rum, lime juice, grenadine, confectioners' sugar, ice cubes, and strawberries into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and top each with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

VIRGIN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• In the container of a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a fancy glass to serve.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI II

Steps:

• Place the strawberries, ice cubes, salt, sugar, and rum into a blender. Cover and puree until smooth.

PERFECT STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRIS

Steps:

• Place sugar in blender and blend for 30 seconds.
• Add lime and rum. Blend for 1 minute or until sugar has mostly dissolved.
• Add frozen strawberries. If you have a blender with lower horsepower, you may want to partially thaw the strawberries before adding. Blend on your ice-crushing speed until the strawberries have been pureed.
• Add two cups of crushed ice and blend on the crushing speed until all ingredients are fully broken down and incorporated.
• This is a very versatile recipe. I have experimented with less rum and more rum, more and less sugar, and added a tiny bit of water when I wanted a thinner drink. This is how I prefer it, but don't be shy about adjusting alcohol and sugar to your personal preference. ENJOY!

STRAWBERRYLICIOUS DAIQUIRIS

Steps:

• Combine strawberries and sugar in blender; blend until smooth. Pour in pineapple juice, lime juice, and rum. Pulse until combined. Serve over ice.

ROSEMARY STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add rosemary. Steep, covered, 10-15 minutes according to taste. Discard rosemary. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month., For each serving, in a blender, combine frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice and 2 tablespoons rosemary syrup; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass; garnish with a whole strawberry and an additional rosemary sprig.
