Honey Lemon Drop Martini Recipes

HONEY LEMON DROP

Steps:

• Combine honey and hot water in a small measuring cup or bowl. Stir until the honey dissolves, about 30 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes.
• Place 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small saucer and place sugar in a separate saucer. Dip rim of a martini glass in the lemon juice and then dip in the sugar. Let the glass stand while mixing the cocktail to allow sugar to adhere.
• Combine the cooled honey mixture, vodka and the remaining 1/4 cup lemon juice in a cocktail shaker; fill the shaker halfway with ice. Cover and shake vigorously until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with lemon slice, if desired.

HONEY LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, combine the honey and water over medium heat and stir until the honey is dissolved.
• Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
• Pour syrup into a glass jar and cover. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Add sugar to a plate then rub the lemon zest into the sugar with your fingers until tinted yellow and fragrant.
• Using a lemon wedge, moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass, turn the glass upside down and twist into the lemon sugar. Set aside.
• Add vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, honey syrup and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds or until very cold.
• Strain into the martini glass and serve right away.

HONEY LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Step 1 -- Mix honey simple syrup, vodka and lemon juice in a cocktail shake with ice.
• Step 2 -- Rim a chilled martini glass with sugar and strain the mixture into the glass.
• Step 3 -- Make honey simple syrup by combining 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, and stir until honey is dissolved. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

CLASSY LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine vodka, citrus vodka, lemonade, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 10 to 20 seconds.
• Pour mixture into 4 martini glasses and garnish with lemon slices.

HONEY TANGERINE MARTINI

Steps:

• Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with orange peels.

LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Moisten the edges of a martini glass with a little lime juice, and then dip moistened edges into sugar. Place lemon zest strip in glass.
• Combine vodka, lime juice, sweet and sour mix, and ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.

PERFECT LEMON MARTINI

Steps:

• Using lemon slice, moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass; set lemon aside. Sprinkle sugar on a plate; hold glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Discard remaining sugar on plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add vodka, limoncello and lemon juice; cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
