EASY and only 4 ingredients! I was messin around with ingredients in my kitchen last night and BAM! One of the easiest and quick chicken recipes EVER. No need for all those ingredients you dont have in the cabinets.

Steps:
- Wash and pat dry Chicken Breasts.
- Mix~ mustard, honey and sweet n low packet in a measuring cup.
- Poke Chicken breasts with fork to make holes for absorption of liquid mixture.
- Cover Chicken with half of Mustard mixture
- Pour remaining Mustard mixture into a regular skillet.
- Place chicken in skillet on med heat and cover.
- Flip chicken after 10 minutes then re-cover and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- DONE and OH MY HEAVENS ~ The whole family loved it !

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Mix apple jelly, honey, mustard, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl. Brush chicken breasts with glaze.
- Place glazed chicken breasts on the preheated grill; cook, occasionally brushing chicken with more glaze, until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Coat a large Pyrex baking dish or nine- by 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the honey mustard; set aside.
- Place sliced onions and half the sliced apples into the pan. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle chicken liberally with salt and pepper.
- Use a spoon to coat all the chicken pieces with the honey mustard. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the honey mustard till the chicken is fully coated.
- Place remaining apple slices in the little nooks and crannies all around the chicken.
- Spray the breadcrumbs with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake for one hour and 20 minutes. Remove foil; continue baking until the top is crispy and the chicken is cooked to your taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.

HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREASTS WITH APPLE SLICES
Our family loves honey mustard, and it is a natural with chicken breasts since they are mild and absorb the flavor so well. Just make sure they are skinless and can absorb the sauce (plus they are so much healthier that way!) This is a favorite fall and winter dish for us, or when we have guests!

- 1. Begin by rinsing chicken breasts and slicing them into halves (this results in 6-8 servings).
- 2. Then, in large saucepan, boil chicken breasts until meat is no longer pink.
- 3. While chicken is cooking, mince green onion and set aside, reserving 2 teaspoons for garnish.
- 4. Next, mix honey and mustard thoroughly in a mixing bowl and stir in green onion.
- 5. When chicken is cooked thoroughly, extract 1 1/2-2 cups broth from saucepan and mix with honey mustard mixture in bowl to prepare a sauce. Stir in 2 teaspoons of cornstarch until absorbed completely sauce is smooth; cook mixture in a small saucepan over low heat until thickened. Slowly add additional teaspoon of cornstarch only if needed.
- 6. Then, pour a small amount of sauce over bottom of prepared glass baking dish (11" X 7" or 9" square)to coat. Arrange split chicken breasts over this sauce in dish. Add remainder of honey mustard sauce, covering the chicken.
- 7. Thinly slice apple into 12-16 slices. Arrange slices between chicken breasts, also coating with sauce. Sprinkle reserved minced green onion over top as garnish.
- 8. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Sauce will thicken more during baking.
- 9. Allow to sit about 5 minutes before serving.
- 10. Serve chicken warm. A small ladle can be used for apples and sauce. Remaining servings refrigerate well for 1-2 days.

- Prepare your chicken (cut it in half lengthwise so you have 4 smaller cutlets). Sprinkle them with the garlic powder and salt & pepper and then coat them in the flour.
- Heat the olive oil and one tablespoon of the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the pan is hot, add the chicken pieces and cook them for 4-5 minutes/side or until they're golden. If the oil starts to splatter a lot, reduce the heat. Once the chicken is browned, take it out of the pan and set it aside.
- Take the pan off the heat and add the rest of the butter, the chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and the honey.
- Return the pan to the stove and adjust the heat to medium. Stir the sauce until the mustard has dissolved (make sure the liquid doesn't reduce completely).
- Add the cream. Once the sauce is bubbling again, add the chicken back in. Let it cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is reduced to your liking.

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Combine the oil, honey, mustards, garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine well.
- Place the chicken into prepared baking dish. Season generously with salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon 3/4 of the honey mustard mixture evenly over the chicken and spread evenly all over each breast. Arrange rosemary between each piece.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches if necessary, add the chicken, skin-side down, and cook until golden, about 6 minutes. Flip and cook 2 to 3 more minutes, then transfer to a plate. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the drippings.
