Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and Sriracha.
- Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold foil edges inward slightly. Pour honey mixture over the salmon. Fold foil over salmon, covering completely and sealing completely closed.
- Bake until cooked through, 15-20 minutes.* Open packet and broil for 4-5 minutes, or until salmon is caramelized and slightly charred.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty foil.
- Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet and fold up the sides of the foil. Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon. Cover with another sheet of foil and crimp edges to seal.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn on the broiler.
- Remove the top piece of foil and broil until caramelized and slightly charred, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Two words: honey salmon! Sure, it takes a tiny bit of prep work, but once you marinate your salmon, you won't be able to go back. A simple mix of honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger coats and flavors your fish for 30 minutes before you throw it on the pan until the outside is perfectly crispy. Once that's done, you heat up and reduce some extra marinade to make a thick, to-die-for glaze to pour over your filet. Serve with your favorite veggies or rice and enjoy!

Steps:
- Place salmon in a sealable bag or medium bowl.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix marinade ingredients.
- Pour half of the marinade on the salmon. Save the other half for later.
- Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium pan, heat oil. Add salmon to the pan, but discard the used marinade. Cook salmon on one side for about 2-3 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove salmon from pan. Pour in remaining marinade and reduce.
- Serve the salmon with sauce and a side of veggies. We used broccoli.

SALMON IN A SOY & HONEY MARINADE

- Mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic spring onions and lime juice - taste to your liking and season with black pepper.
- Rinse the fish with clean water and gently pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Pour the sauce over the fish in a large bowl, making sure the fillets are covered. Seal the bowl with cling film and leave to marinade in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Once marinaded, loosely wrap the fish in individual foil parcels with a couple of spoonfuls of the marinade, leaving a 1 inch gap in the top of the foil.
- Place on a tray in a pre-heated oven at around 160°C for 15-20 minutes. Pour the remaining marinade into the parcels half way through cooking. Meanwhile, cook your rice or noodles.
- Serve with vegetables such as broccoli, green beans or red peppers. Unwrap the parcels and use a flat utensil to lift the fish out and place onto your plate.
- Sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds and fresh chopped spring onion to garnish.
HONEY CRUSTED SALMON IN FOIL

- Use doubled, heavy aluminum foil cut into large 2 foot rectangle.
- Spray foil with cooking spray.
- Dust foil with a pinch of each seasoning.
- Place equal portions of the fish fillets on foil pan.
- In a saucepan, melt margarine.
- Add lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and spices.
- Stir to blend well.
- Fold the foil around the filets like a pan side to keep juices from draining.
- Crimp corners of rectangle to seal.
- Pour honey butter mixture over the fish, sprinkle with paprika, and shrimp seasoning.
- Place on medium hot grill.
- DO NOT TURN THE FILETS WHILE COOKING!
- Cover with a second loose piece of foil to steam top of fish and grill for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove foil and grill for 4-6 minutes more until top of fish is firm.
- Puncture foil bottom with skewer or fork in two or three places to drain excess juices into the fire.
- USE CAUTION AND AVOID FLARE UPS!
- Check filet bottoms with spatula.
- Grill for 2-4 minutes more to give the bottom of the filets a deep golden crust.
- Fish should flake easily when done.
- Remove from foil with non-stick spatula.
- Serve filet slices with honey mustard dressing drizzle.

- Position a rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 375°F | 190°C. Line a baking tray / sheet with a large piece of foil, big enough to fold over and seal to create a packet (or 2 long pieces of foil over lapping each other lengthways to create your salmon packet, depending on the width of you fillet).
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce and butter over low-medium heat, and whisk until the honey has melted through the butter and the mixture is well combined. Take off the heat, and add in the lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, Sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, sesame seeds and chili flakes. Transfer 1/4 cup of sauce into a small dish for serving later; set it aside.
- Place the salmon onto prepared baking tray | sheet and season with salt (about 1 teaspoon -- adjust to your taste). Pour the honey sesame mixture (from the pan) over the salmon, and spread evenly with the back of a spoon or spatula to evenly cover in sauce.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to cover and completely seal the packet closed to prevent the sauce from leaking.
