Steps:

To a tall, ice-filled mixing glass, add tangerine juice and grenadine. Shake and pour into an ice-filled tumbler. Top with club soda. Garnish with orange wheels.;

Ingredients

8 (2-gram) sheets gelatin or 2 tablespoons/30ml gelatin powder
4 cups fresh honey tangerine juice (12 to 15 tangerines)
1 honey tangerine, zest of
1/2 cup/ 125ml sugar
whipped cream, for serving
cookie, for serving

Steps:

If using gelatin sheets, soak them in a bowl of cold water for about 10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water. If using powdered gelatin, mix it with the tangerine juice and let sit for 5 minutes. Heat the tangerine juice, zest and sugar in a saucepan, stirring, until the mixture is warm and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and dissolve the gelatin in the juice mixture.
Pour into serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream and cookies.

1 cup frozen strawberry, thawed
½ cup honey syrup, see recipe
seltzer water, for serving

Steps:

Add the strawberries to food processor and purée into a smooth paste.
Add the strawberry purée to a small saucepan with the simple honey syrup. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, until slightly reduced. Let cool completely, then strain into an airtight glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
To serve, mix 1-2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup with 8 ounces of seltzer water in a glass over ice.
