- Preheat oven to 450*.
- Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
- Place on greased surface dusted with baking mix.
- Knead 10 times.
- Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut with 2 2/12 inch cookie cutter dipped in baking mix.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.

How to make classic Bisquick biscuits - both drop and rolled biscuits- with the correct ratios of Bisquick mix and milk to make soft, fluffy and fast biscuits!

Steps:
- Get out a baking sheet and set it to the side. Do not grease it.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. In a medium bowl, stir ingredients until they are fully incorporated and a soft dough forms.
- Using a large spoon, drop the dough onto the baking sheet, making 8 biscuits in total.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on the bottom and top.
- Remove from the oven.
- Serve warm for the best biscuits.

- Prepare a work surface by lightly dusting it with flour.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir ingredients until they are fully incorporated and a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto the prepared floured surface.
- Knead the dough 8-10 times, making sure to fold it over itself during kneading to help create layers.
- Roll the dough out until it's 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut out 8 circles using a 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter.
- Place the circles onto the baking sheet, making sure there is enough space between them.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on the bottom and top.
- Remove from the oven.
- Serve warm for the best biscuits.

HOPE'S BISQUICK BISCUITS
I came up with this because I had to omit dairy from my diet due to a gassy baby and needed to be able to make a good savory biscuit without cheese. Hubby wanted it to be a bit moister, and so I also cut in some extra butter and used buttermilk. Family seems to really enjoy - hope you do too!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Cut cold butter into Bisquick, then mix in dried onion. Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.
- Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Drop biscuits evenly on a cookie sheet (I use Silpat, if Bisquick biscuits usually need a butter sheet then do so) and bake for 10 minute.
- Brush garlic butter on biscuits when they come out of the oven and serve warm.
