HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY GUMMIES
With only three easy ingredients, you can make a totally clean and healthy Gummy Bear Recipe everyone can enjoy!

Steps:
- Add fruit juice to a sauce pan, and sprinkle with gelatin. Allow to "bloom" for 5 minutes.
- Turn to medium-heat, and stir slowly with whisk until gelatin begins to dissolve.
- Add in honey until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, and fill gummy molds with dropper.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, pop out gummies, and refill. Repeat this process until there is no remaining juice. *note: if gummy mixture hardens before next batch, simply reheat on low until melted, and continue the process.
- Store in fridge, and enjoy!

- Place the orange juice in a small pot on high heat until it simmers.
- Add the gelatin while whisking until it's dissolved. Then, add the honey if using.
- Pour into gummy bear molds (use an eye dropper for less mess!) OR pour into a small sided container.
- Place in the fridge until set - about 1-2 hours.
- Remove from molds, or slice, and DEVOUR!

- Remove from molds. They pop right out. If you used the loaf pan, cut your gelatin into small squares.
- Keep your homemade healthy gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. If you leave them outside they will last but I recommend storing them in the refrigerator.

Who knew it was so simple and quick to make one of the most beloved, nostalgic treats out there? Gummy bears might have been your favorite as a child, and now they'll be your favorite again with this quick and easy recipe.

- Combine the fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute (make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan). If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard. Transfer the mixture to a small liquid measuring cup.
- Put the gummy bear molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each cup to the top. Give each mold a small shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until the mixture sets, about 10 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
HEALTHY GUMMIES
These healthy gummies are made with just 4 ingredients and taste so good you'll wonder why you ever bought gummy candy from the store.

- Begin by placing the silicone molds on a baking tray. This makes it easier to transport them into the fridge. Also make sure you have a flat area in your fridge to place the gummy bears once they're poured in the molds.
- Make each flavor separately.
- Bring 1/3 cup fruit juice, 2 Tbsp of honey and 2 tsp of either stevia sweetener or granulated sugar to a boil over a medium high heat in a small saucepan or pot.
- Set aside to cool for 3 minutes. It should still be warm enough to melt the gelatin, but not hot enough to weaken the setting power of the gelatin.
- In a small container or bowl, bloom the unflavored gelatin by mixing together 1 Tbsp of gelatin with 1 Tbsp of water until the gelatin is fully dissolved. The mixture should become quick thick as you stir it.
- As soon as the gelatin and water are mixed together, add it into the slightly cooled juice mixture.
- As the gelatin sits it can firm up and become difficult to mix in. If this happens, don't worry. It should still be able to dissolve into the juice mixture, but it will take longer to melt / dissolve full. Make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved before filling the molds, or else tiny bits of gelatin can clog up the eye dropper.
- Use an eye-dropper (they come with most small silicone molds, or you can order them here) to carefully fill the silicone molds. Be sure do this as soon as the gelatin is fully mixed into the juice mixture. If you let it sit and continue to cool, the mixture will start to set.
- Carefully place the molds in the fridge for 30 minutes, then pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
- Make as many batches as you want with different flavors of juice. You can also combine two different juices! I made five using apple juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, and black cherry juice.
- Leftover gummies can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
