HUBBY'S FAVORITE CREPES

Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and onion; saute until tender. Sprinkle with flour; stir until blended. Gradually add milk. Stir in the bouillon, Italian seasoning and pepper., Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sour cream and sherry. Remove 1 cup sauce; set aside. Stir chicken and 1 tablespoon parsley into remaining mixture; heat through., Spread 3 tablespoons filling down the center of each crepe; roll up. Drizzle reserved sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve with additional sour cream if desired.

HUBBY'S FAVORITE PARMESAN WINGS
I came up with this recipe sorta by accident. We were trying to find a recipe that duplicates a local bar and grill. So this came together after trying different recipes that were 'just missing something.' We think these are even better than the pub. Very easy and you can play up different flavors...the smokey paprika, garlic, or even the cheese. Great with any chicken parts....wings, legs, thighs:) Also can get more of a smokey flavor with a light crust by not drizzling with left-over butter or go for the buttery rich flavor with the drizzle. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all seasonings in a large ziploc bag -- shake to mix. Melt butter in a large saucepan.
- Add small quanity of wings to butter, stir to coat.
- Use tongs to remove wings, place in ziploc bag. Seal and shake. Place on foil covered baking sheet (use two sheets, usually I'll do one sheet with drizzle one without out)
- Continue with remainder of wings. With left-over butter, drizzle over top wings.
- Bake for approx 45 min depending on oven/size of wings.

Steps:
- In a large nonstick pot melt butter over med-high heat. Stir in onions to coat with butter. Cook uncovered 10 minutes stirring often.
- Reduce to medium low heat and cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Stir in broth, water, pepper, thyme and bay leaf- bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf.
- Place toasted bread in the bottom of oven proof bowls, add onion soup and top with mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. * do not use glass bowls*.
- Set oven to broil.
- Place bowls on cookie sheet.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
