Steps:
- Whip butter in mixer until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix till smooth.
- Slowly add honey and egg whites.
- At flour 1/3 at a time and mix till smooth.
- Can use right away but works better when chilled.
- Cut out desired size circle in a piece of cardboard. I use a circle the size of a cereal bowl but bigger will work just as well.
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Lay a non-stick pad on a cookie sheet. Then lay your cut out down on the sheet and spread a very thin but even layer of batter on it.
- Fill your sheet up then place in oven for a couple of minutes. You are going to have to watch it closely. When they start to bubble but are still pale it means they are getting close to being done.
- Pull them out when they are golden brown and immediately place them inside a bowl to shape. Sometimes a bowl of cold water is nice to stick your fingers in if they get burnt.
- You can make smaller circles and roll them up like a cannoli. They are great dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with toasted almonds and or toasted coconut. You can also fill them with whipped cream!
- **If you want add other flavors like almond extract, coconut extract, lemon extract, vanilla extract or what ever you heart desires, it adds a nice twist to the honey flavor!

WAFFLE CONES OR BOWLS
This is my basic recipe to make waffle cones. I make these and roll into shape for ice cream cones, or place over the back of custard cups to make small bowls. I also make them and cut with a pizza cutter and make squares, which can be used for ice cream sandwiches, or also in baking squares or cakes, as the crunchy layers in between. You need a cone waffle maker or use a pizzelle machine to make the cones. I do have both machines and do prefer the waffle cone maker for this project.

Steps:
- Beat the eggs, adding in the sugar gradually, beating until smooth. Add the cooled melted butter and the vanilla.
- Stir in the baking powder and flour, and blend making a sticky , drop by spoon batter.
- Drop heaping tablespoon onto heated machine maker and close lid and bake. These will only take 30 to 40 seconds to bake each one. Just bake until your desired golden is reached.
- While still warm and before putting on the next one -- either roll into cone shape, place over the back of bowls and press down slightly to shape, or trim with a sharp knife or pizza cutter and make squares. This has to be done quickly as they will crisp up fast.
- After the first one I taste test for the flavour and crispness, then I know if I have to bake longer or not so long.
- Keep in a tight fitting tin. They stay crisp well.

Steps:
- Heat waffle maker according to manufacturers' instructions. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
- In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and sugar. In 1-cup glass measuring cup, beat milk and egg with small whisk until well combined. Beat in canola oil and vanilla.
- Spray waffle maker lightly with canola or olive oil cooking spray. Scoop about 1/4 cup batter into center of each waffle maker section; close lid. Bake until done (many waffle makers have a light or beep to alert you). Repeat with remaining batter. Cool waffles to room temperature. Place waffles on cookie sheet; freeze 15 to 30 minutes or until waffles and cookie sheet are cold.
- Meanwhile, in medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High 30 seconds. Stir; repeat in 10-second increments until chocolate is melted. Stir in coconut oil. Place candy sprinkles and other desired toppings in shallow bowls or dishes.
- Remove waffles from freezer. Dip each in chocolate; shake off excess. Dip or sprinkle with toppings; return to cold cookie sheet. Before coating hardens completely, move dipped waffle to sheet of cooking parchment paper or another spot to prevent pooling. Repeat with remaining waffles.
- If necessary, place waffles in freezer to speed up hardening of chocolate. Once chocolate is hard, generously scoop ice cream on 1 waffle; top with second waffle to form sandwich. Serve immediately, or wrap and freeze for serving later.
