This homemade cinnamon dolce syrup is rich and delicious. Use this to make a latte or add to apple juice or cider for the perfect fall drink!

Steps:
- Place a saucepan over medium-high heat; add water, brown sugar, and white sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolves, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk cinnamon into sugar mixture until incorporated. Continue whisking mixture until just before boiling and syrup-consistency, 3 to 5 more minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Cool syrup completely, at least 1 hour. Pour syrup into a glass container and seal; store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.

- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Keeps refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add coffee concentrate, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon dolce syrup (add less or more depending on your preference), and half and half to desired point of creaminess. Drop in a straw and serve.

Feel free to customize this recipe by instead preparing it with your favorite nondairy milk, such as almond, coconut or oat milk. If you would like to make the cinnamon syrup sugar free, replace the sugar with an equal amount of granular no-calorie sweetener.

- Place coffee grounds in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add 1 qt. (4 cups) water to coffee maker; brew. Cool.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in microwaveable container. Stir in remaining water. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. 20 sec.; stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour coffee into pitcher. Refrigerate along with the cinnamon syrup up to 3 days.
- For ONE SERVING: Combine 3/4 cup coffee and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon syrup in tall glass. Stir in 3/4 cup milk. Add ice. Top with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping.
- For FOUR SERVINGS: Add milk and cinnamon syrup to coffee; stir. Pour into 4 tall glasses. Add ice. Top with whipped topping.
