- Rinse Rice: Rinse rice under cold water by gently scrubbing the rice with your fingertips in a circling motion. Pour out the milky water, and continue to rinse until water is clear. Be sure to drain really well.
- Pressure Cook Rice: Add 1 cup (230g) rice and 1 cup (250ml) cold water in Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. Close the lid, turn Venting Knob to Sealing Position. Pressure Cook at High Pressure for 3 minutes, then Natural Release for 10 minutes. Turn Venting Knob to Venting position to release the remaining pressure. Open the lid quickly.
- Optional Seasoning: Add salt to the rice for seasoning.
- Fluff & Serve: Fluff rice with a fork, then serve warm. Enjoy~

- Place rice fine mesh colander and rinse it under cold running water until the water runs clear.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select "Sauté" adjust to more. Add oil. When hot, add the rinsed rice. Toast rice for 2 - 3 minutes until most of the moisture is absorbed and rice starts to look a little toasted and coated with oil, stirring constantly.
- Add water, salt, garlic, vinegar, onion (if using), and pepper (if using). Bring to boil. Secure the lid to the Instant Pot. Close pressure release valve. Select "manual", or "pressure cook", and adjust cooking time to 8 minutes.
- When the time is over, let the pressure release on its own for 5 minutes. Then, carefully turn the valve to "Venting" to release any extra pressure that might still be in there. Then remove the lid. Press "cancel".
- Discard onion and pepper, if you used them.
- Fluff rice with a fork and serve.

- Add white rice and water (or vegetable broth) to the Instant Pot and stir to prevent sticking. Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes (it will take about 8 minutes for the Instant Pot to pressurize before cooking begins).
- Once the timer goes off, allow to naturally release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure. Carefully remove lid once steam has fully escaped.

- Wash the rice and drain the excess water.
- Add the rice in the pot of the Instant Pot.
- Add water, lemon juice, salt and oil and close the lid of the instant pot.
- Set the valve to sealing position.
- Press pressure cooker and set the timer to 4 minutes.
- Instant pot will take some time to build the steam and then it will start the cooking process.
- Once the cooking time is complete, let the steam release on it's own for 5 minutes.
- Release the steam by moving the valve to open position.
- Open the lid and fluff the rice gently using a fork.
- Serve hot
