INSTANT POT HAM
Instant Pot Ham is very easy to make, incredibly tender and delicious, glazed with brown sugar, honey, and pineapple sauce.

Steps:
- Add water to the Instant Pot.
- Place a trivet with handles inside the pot.
- Create a small boat out of foil, and place the ham in it.
- In a small bowl mix all the glaze ingredients. Use about 2/3 to brush and add between the ham slices.
- Transfer the ham to the Instant Pot and pour the remaining glaze on top.
- Close and lock the lid and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes (see blog post for cooking time based on ham lbs), followed by 10 minutes Natural Pressure Release.

INSTANT POT HAM RECIPE
This Instant Pot ham recipe is a quick and easy way to cook ham without having to wait hours for it to bake. Topped with a mouth watering brown sugar glaze this recipe is delicious and simple to make.

Steps:
- Pour the water into the bottom of your Instant Pot and place the ham inside with the cut/sliced side facing down.
- Mix all of your glaze ingredients in a bowl, then pour over the ham.
- Close and secure your Instant Pot lid and make sure the steam/pressure valve is closed.
- Cook on manual for 10 minutes at high pressure.
- Once the timer goes off, move the pressure valve to release the steam taking care not to burn yourself.
- After all the pressure is released, let the ham sit in the pot for at least 10 minutes
- Remove the ham carefully
- Set your Instant Pot to saute
- Stir the juices inside the pot until slightly thicker.
- Pour the glaze into a serving pitcher or gravy bowl.
- Cut into slices and serve with the glaze.

Steps:
- Place ham on a trivet and set it inside a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Pour crushed pineapple over ham. Sprinkle brown sugar and drizzle maple syrup on top. Secure the lid with vent closed.
- Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 35 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes. Remove ham and trivet. Cut ham into slices and place on a plate.
- Select Saute setting on the pressure cooker. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Stir mixture into the pot, bring to a boil, and stir until thickened. Pour sauce over the ham.
