Irish Iced Coffee Recipes

THIS EASY IRISH ICED COFFEE IS OUR FAVORITE FROSTY, CREAMY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine coffee, simple syrup, whiskey, and cream in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
• Shake vigorously until very cold, about 30 seconds, and then strain into an ice-filled pint glass and top with whipped cream (if desired).

IRISH ICED COFFEE

Steps:

• Whisk cream in medium bowl until thick, but still pourable.
• Stir coffee, simple syrup, and whiskey together in a highball or Collins glass, using a bar spoon.
• Fill glass 3/4-full with ice.
• Place spoon over drink, bottom-side up. Slowly pour cream over spoon to fill glass (you may have a little left over).
• Add a straw and serve immediately. Enjoy!

ICED IRISH COFFEE

Steps:

• Crush ice in a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag using a meat mallet.
• Combine sugar and hot water in a pitcher; stir until sugar is dissolved.
• Add coffee, whiskey, and chocolate syrup, stirring to blend.
• Fill serving glasses with crushed ice, then pour coffee mixture over the ice.
• Whip cream and sugar to soft peaks.
• Top each drink with a spoonful of cream and serve.
