MAKEOVER LI'L CHEDDAR MEAT LOAVES
My husband loves my mini meat loaves, but this family-favorite recipe wasn't very healthy when I first received it. The Taste of Home Test Kitchen experts slashed the calories and fat while keeping the original's tender and delicious qualities. -Jodie Mitchell, Denver, Pennsylvania

LIL' CHEDDAR MEATLOAVES
We have given up all other meat loaf recipes for this one. I love the individual servings and every bite has the yummy catsup sauce where in "regular" meat loaf it's just a small strip on top! With the smaller loaves it also makes the cooking time a bit quicker. This recipe came from '99 TOH magazine but I added the rubbed sage for some extra flavor. Enjoy!

LITTLE MEAT LOAVES
These individual meat loaves are topped with a sweet and tangy sauce. The sausage in this recipe yields a more complex flavor than your standard meat loaf.
