- In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls., On 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread meatballs and vegetables. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and oil., Grill kabobs, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink and vegetables are tender, basting frequently with vinegar mixture and turning occasionally.

- In a saucepan, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until onion is tender and sauce is slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; set aside. , In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Divide into 12 portions. Place a cube of cheese in each mushroom cap; shape each meat portions round a mushroom. , On six metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternate meatballs, peppers and onion wedges. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. , Grill 10-12 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear, turning occasionally. Brush with reserved glaze during the last 2 minutes.

- Mix 1 cup cooked spaghetti, 1 beaten egg and 1/4 cup grated parmesan. Wrap the spaghetti mixture around 12 cooked mini meatballs. Fry in 2 inches of 350 degrees F vegetable oil until golden, 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve on skewers with marinara sauce.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Foil-line one baking sheet.
- Break bread slices into pieces; place in blender or food processor. Process until finely ground into crumbs. Remove 3/4 cup, reserve remaining bread crumbs.
- Combine turkey, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, egg whites, onion, chopped basil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, pepper and salt in medium bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 36, 1-inch balls; roll in remaining bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet.

- Cut cheese evenly into 16 cubes. Wrap salami slices around cheese cubes. Thread cubes,artichoke hearts,tomatoes,and olives alternatively on skewers. Place skewers in large plastic container or baking dish.
- Stir together vinaigrette and lemon juice. Pour over skewers;cover tightly and chill for 8 hours. Remove skewers from marinade,discarding marinade before serving.
- If wanted you can double the cheese, and wrap in Prosciutto. Also can add mushrooms.

- Combine everything in a large bowl except the ground beef. Once combined, add in the ground beef and mix it together with your hands. Form into about 15 meatballs. Place on plate or cookie sheet and place in freezer for a few minutes.
