NOEL NUT BALLS
No holiday cookie tin would be complete without at least a few Noel nut balls, rich nut-and-butter domes, rolled in confectioners' sugar to resemble miniature snowballs. In Martha's family, the cookie dough was traditionally made with a touch of bourbon (or orange juice), for extra flavor.

AUTHENTIC ITALIAN MEATBALLS
Meatball recipes are often challenged by chefs who claim, "Mine are the best!" Even though my meatballs ARE the best, I will make no such claim. Try them for yourself! This meatball recipe was given to me by my father who got it from a little old lady from Italy that he knew. It's amazing that she gave up her recipe to him, but I sure am glad she did!

ITALIAN MEATBALLS WITH RAISINS AND PINE NUTS
I haven't made these yet but I am intrigued by the ingredients. Please note that these meat balls should placed in a saucepan of your favorite tomato sauce and should simmer 1-2 hours after browning in skillet.
