- In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. , On a piece of heavy-duty foil, pat beef mixture into a 12x10-in. rectangle. Layer with six cheese slices, ham and six more cheese slices., Roll up jelly roll-style, starting with a short side and peeling foil away while rolling. Seal seam and ends. Place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 70 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional spaghetti sauce if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat 1/4 cup of the olive oil in a medium saute pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Saute 1 minute and then add the peppers and onions and saute until just soft. Let cool.
- Whisk together the basil, parsley and eggs in a small bowl, and then add the salt and black pepper. Combine the Parmesan and breadcrumbs in another small bowl. Thoroughly combine the meat, herbs and eggs, Parmesan and breadcrumbs, the Worcestershire, vinegar and remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil together in a large bowl using your hands, making sure not to overmix.
- Pack the meat mixture into an oiled loaf pan, if you do not have a loaf pan, form the meat mixture into a loaf shape on an oiled oven tray or baking dish. Top with the marinara making sure to spread evenly over the top.
- Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees F in the middle of the meatloaf. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, egg, 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce, the bread crumbs and pepper.
- On foil, pat mixture to12x8-inch rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; gently press into meat. Top with spinach. Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start roll and tucking in spinach leaves; seal ends. Place seam side down in ungreased 12x8-inch (2 quart) glass baking dish.
- Bake 1 hour. Spread remaining pizza sauce over top. Bake 15 minutes longer or until thermometer inserted in meatloaf reads 160°F. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- In a bowl, combine the egg, half of the tomato sauce, bread crumbs, onion and green pepper if desired, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, salt and pepper. - Combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Italian dressing, red onion and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. On the bottom half of the tortilla layer provolone cheese, salami, and hot capocollo. Divide the pepperoncini peppers and the roasted red bell peppers onto each tortilla.
- Starting at the bottom of the tortilla with the filling roll up into a tight cylinder. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours to give the pinwheels time to set and help with slicing.
- Unwrap the pinwheels and cut into 1 inch slices. Serve and enjoy!

ALREADY FOR MEATLOAF PINWHEEL
As a single working mother of three growing boys, I was always looking for good "make ahead" recipes.. I found this one and it was a winner. A lot of times, I would make it the night before and call the boys to "slice and bake" so it would be ready when I got home..The recipe calls for CheezWhiz for the cheese spread. Recipe prep time does not include rice preparation or chill time.(you can use leftover rice)

- Combine meat, crumbs, 1/2 of the CheezWhiz, egg and salt and mix lightly.
- Pat out meat mix to cover a 12 x 10 inch rectangle of foil.
- Combine remaining CheezWhiz, parsley and rice.
- Spread rice mixture over meat.
- Roll up meat, starting at narrow end.
- Wrap securely and refrigerate several hours.
- When ready to cook, slice into 8 slices.
- Place slices on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until meat is done.
