Steps:
- Heat grill to 400°F.
- Once the grill is heated, place bacon slices in single layer in large skillet, then place skillet on grill grate. Cook (depending on thickness of the bacon slices) for 8 to 11 min. or until bacon is almost done. Use tongs to flip each slice of bacon, then cook for an additional 4 to 6 min. or until done.
- While bacon is cooking, in a medium mixing bowl mix ground turkey, bread crumbs and half of the diced jalapeños until well combined.
- Divide ground turkey mixture into 12 balls (about 2 oz. each) and use hand to flatten to approximately 1/2-inch thickness.
- Use your thumb to make a shallow indention in the center of each patty. (This helps to keep the shapes of the patties during the grilling process.)
- Once bacon is finished cooking, increase the grill temperature to 450°F. Oil the grill grate so patties do not stick, then place turkey patties on the grill grate. Grill for approximately 5 minutes, then flip and grill other side for an additional 3 minutes or until done. (Burgers should be cooked to 165°F before removing from grill.)
- While burgers are on the grill, heat frozen corn according to package instructions. Then, place corn in a medium mixing bowl. Add PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder and remaining diced jalapeños; mix until well combined. Set aside.
- Cut bacon slices in half. To assemble sandwiches, place turkey burgers on bottom halves of slider buns, then top with bacon and lettuce. Lastly, spread jalapeño-cream cheese mixture onto cut sides of top halves of buns; place over sandwiches.

Steps:
- Make the chicken burger: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Press half of the chicken mixture into an 11 x 10-inch (23 x 21 cm) rectangle in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the chicken patty and layer the jalapeños on top. Top with the remaining chicken mixture, spreading evenly.
- Bake the chicken burger for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- While the burger cooks, make the sauce and slaw. For the sauce, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon, and honey in a small bowl.
- For the slaw, toss together the green and red cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl. Add the salt and rice vinegar and toss well.
- Using a serrated knife, gently cut the slider buns in half to create a large top and bottom bun for the burger. Spread the bottom bun with the some of the sauce.
- Using a spatula, transfer the burger patty to the bottom bun. Top with the slaw, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and cover with the top bun.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, and sesame seeds. Brush the glaze over the top bun.
- Slice between each row of buns, creating 12 sliders.
- Serve warm.
- Enjoy!

My husband and I love spicy foods, and this recipe was an excellent step up from a typical burger. It has just the right amount of flavor and spice for us, but it can be adjusted to suit your family's tastes. —Christina Addison, Blanchester, Ohio
