Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
- Unroll crescent dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations and seams together to seal; spread with cheese mixture. Roll up each rectangle, starting at one short end; cut into 4 slices. Place on baking sheet; flatten slightly.
- Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool 1 min. before removing from baking sheet. Serve warm.

BACON JALAPEñO POPPER PINWHEELS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- In a pan, cook bacon until crisp, then chop into small pieces.
- Discard excess fat (reserve approximately 2 tablespoons).
- In the same pan, sauté the onions in the reserved fat until they start to become translucent.
- Add the jalapeños. Cook until the onions start to caramelize and remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, pepper, garlic powder, and jalapeño mixture. Stir until thoroughly incorporated.
- On a lightly floured surface, gently roll out the puff pastry until the surface is smooth and even.
- Spread the japapeño mixture on the pastry sheet, stopping 1 inch (2 ½ cm) from the top of the dough.
- Starting at the bottom, tightly roll upwards and pinch the top edge to seal into a log shape.
- Cut the roll every 1½ inches (3 ¾ cm). Place the pieces face-up, 2 inches (5 cm) apart on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops of the pastries with cheddar.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sides of the pastries are a light golden color.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll the croissants and press perforations back together.
- Do NOT separate croissants.
- Spread cream cheese all over the croissants.
- Layer ham on top of cream cheese.
- Roll it all up like a roll of newspaper.
- Slice rolled loaf into 1 1/2 inch slices.
- Lay slices about 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-25 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.

JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE BABY BACK RIB PINWHEELS
This one's easy. It's relatively quick to prepare though there is marinating involved. You can ask your butcher to cut the baby back ribs in half lengthwise or take a bone saw to them yourself to make narrowed strips. This is delicious and juicy..

Steps:
- Marinade the ribs in olive oil, salt, garlic powder for at least 2 hours in the fridge. You can go for as long as overnight if you wish. The longer the better, I say. Reasonably of course.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Toast the 3 slices of bread.
- Lay the ribs out on a baking sheet.
- Cut off the crusts from the bread slices. Spread cream cheese on the pieces of toast and cut them in half, not diagonally. Arrange them along the ribs.
- Arrange pieces of pickled jalapeño peppers side-by-side along the length of the ribs on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the ribs up keeping the bread slices in place so they form a pinwheel.
- Use some clean twine or whatever else you can find (rubber bands not recommended) to secure the ribs rolled up and place them flat on the baking sheets.
- Place in oven and cook for about 60-90 minutes (until they are done).
- Goes good with steamed vegetables and rice.

- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Combine cream cheese, jalapenos (drained), and sugar in a small bowl and mix well.
- Unroll the crescent dough and split in half where the seam is so that you have two squares. Pinch the seams together.
