- Mix cream cheese, ham, onion, bell peppers & jalapenos together and form a ball. Roll it in pecans and finely chopped jalapenos.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to be used. Serve with crackers.

- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pecans and green onions until blended. On a serving plate, form mixture into desired shape. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours., In a microwave, warm jelly until melted; spread over cheese spread. Serve with crackers.

Steps:
- Put cheese, onion, garlic,& peppers in food processor.
- Process until grated and combined.
- Transfer to bowl, and mix in mayonnaise (if needed, can add a little more mayonnaise). Chill until firm.
- Shape into ball and roll in pecans or walnuts.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
JALAPENO POPPER CHEESE BALL
This tastes just like one of those frozen stuffed Jalapenos from the grocery store. You can change the amount of jalapenos used here to suit your tastebuds. Personally, I like it spicer, but I made it for a family get-together and they are "sissies" when it comes spicy food! Please note that the prep/cook time does not include the refrigeration time.
