CREAMSICLE JELLO

Steps:

• Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes, or until completely dissolved.
• Stir in cold orange juice.
• Stir in ice cream until nice and smooth.
• Pour into a 5 cup mold or any glass dish or decorative bowl.
• Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
• Unmold.

DREAMSICLE JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Combine the pudding, Jello and boiling water and dissolve completely.
• Add the Mandarin Oranges (with juice).
• Fold in the Cool Whip.

Steps:

• Cook pudding according to package (with the egg yolks) and make jello as directed but before refridgerating mix pudding and jello together and pour into a 9x13 pan and refridgerate til set (about 2-3 hours). For frosting mix together sugar egg flour butter and pineapple juice together in a pot and cook til thick. Cool completely. Whip cream and fold into pineapple mixture and spread on top of jello. Top with mandarin oranges.

Steps:

• Bake cake as directed in 9x13 inch pan.
• When done, use fork to punch holes around the entire top of cake.
• Let cool.
• In bowl, mix 1 box gelatin, 1 cup hot water, and 1 cup cold water. Allow the gelatin to thicken.
• Pour over the top of cake and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
• Mix remaining box of gelatin, pudding, milk and vanilla together.
• Beat well.
• Fold dessert topping into mixture and spread on top of cake.
• Keep refrigerated.
• If you cannot find orange cake mix, use a box lemon and add 1 small envelope of orange drink mix (kool aid) to the batter.

Steps:

• Place contents of orange Jello packet in a large bowl. Add 2 cups boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip. It will melt and dissolve. The mixture will be opaque. It will separate into a two layer Jello as it chills. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm (preferably overnight). Cut into squares. I cut 6 x 6 for 36 squares.
