JET-PUFFED MARSHMALLOW POPS

Steps:

• Cover baking sheet with parchment.
• Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring every 30 sec. Continue microwaving in 10-sec. increments until chocolate is completely melted when stirred.
• Insert lollipop stick into each marshmallow, pushing stick 3/4 of the way into marshmallow. Dip marshmallows, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat marshmallow; gently shake off excess chocolate. Garnish with sprinkles. Place on prepared baking sheet.
• Refrigerate 20 min. or until chocolate is firm.

JET-PUFFED SNOWMAN MARSHMALLOWS

Steps:

• Spread icing on end of 1 marshmallow; place icing-side down on top of cookie. Spread icing on both ends of another marshmallow and stack it on the first. Top with a third marshmallow to make the snowman.
• Use decorating gel to draw the eyes, nose and mouth on top marshmallow.
• Insert 2 pretzels into middle marshmallow of snowman for the arms. Cut a 4-inch length of licorice and tie around neck for a scarf.

FRUITY MARSHMALLOW POPS

Steps:

• Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Gradually add to marshmallow creme in large bowl, beating with mixer after each addition until well blended. Stir in juice.
• Pour evenly into 12 paper or plastic cups. Use back of spoon to gently press 2 Tbsp. marshmallows into gelatin mixture in each cup. Freeze 1 hour or until almost firm.
• Insert wooden pop stick into center of each cup. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from cups before serving.

ROCKY ROAD FUDGE POPS

Steps:

• In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-6 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times., Meanwhile, combine peanuts and chocolate chips; divide among plastic cups. Stir marshmallow creme into pudding; spoon into cups. Insert wooden pop sticks; freeze.
