JOANNE'S PUMPKIN BREAD
Steps:
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan over medium heat until steamy. Stirring continuously, cook until pumpkin is stiff and starts to stick to the pan bottom, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl; whisk in 3/4 cup water, then brown sugar, then oil, then eggs until smooth. In separate bowl, whisk together remaining dry ingredients, then fold into the pumpkin mixture until just combined. Scrape batter into a 9" greased pan. Bake until firm and golden brown, about 70 minutes. Let bread stand until it is no longer hot, then turn onto a wire rack and let cool to room temperature and serve.
JOANNE'S PUMPKIN PATCH PARADISE
This is a wonderful snack recipe. The first time I tried it, I ended up eating the entire batch by myself. It is perfect for any occasion, especially parties and get-togethers!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Grease a 10x15-inch baking sheet.
- Combine corn cereal, rice cereal, pretzels, and peanuts in a large bowl.
- Heat peanut butter, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder in a saucepan over high heat until peanut butter is melted, about 5 minutes. Pour mixture over cereal mixture and toss to evenly coat. Spread cereal mixture over prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until cereal mixture is dry, about 1 hour. Allow to cool. Stir candy corn and chocolate pieces into cereal mixture before serving.

This is so good.........you can be flexible and vary the cold cuts that you use according to personal preference! Must be done a day ahead, which makes for an easy serve.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and garlic. Season with parsley, oregano and pepper. stir in olives and mushrooms. Set aside.
- Cut the off top half of the bread. Scoop out the inside, and leave a 1/2 inch outside wall. Spoon 2/3 of the olive mixture into the bottom. Layer with turkey, ham, salami, mozzarella, lettuce and tomato. Pour remaining olive mixture on top, and replace the top half of bread. Wrap securely in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
