AWESOME KAHLUA CAKE
I have made this cake many times to serve to guests over the holidays and have always gotten rave reviews, it is one of the best Kahlua cakes and I have tried many different recipes over the years, your search will end after you make this cake! :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Set oven rack to second lowest position.
- Generously grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl combine the cake mix with pudding mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, Kahlua and cinnamon; beat until well blended.
- Stir chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes, or until the cake tests done.
- For the glaze; mix confectioners sugar starting with 2 tablespoons Kahlua until smooth adding in more Kahlua until desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour over cake.

- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions. Allow cake to cool for one hour.
- Crumble cake into a large bowl. Mix in Kahlua. Add frosting and stir until combined. Mixture will be sticky. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Use a melon baller to form 2 inch bites; place on waxed paper. Freeze bites for one hour or until firm enough to coat.
- Using a skewer, pick up bites one at a time and dip into melted chocolate. Use another skewer to slide bite onto the lined cookie sheet. Allow bites to set in refrigerator.
- Optional: After bites have set, use a pastry bag fitted with a #3 tip to drizzle melted white chocolate.

- Combine cake mix adding 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream, pudding, oil, and vanilla. Mix well
- Divide batter in half. To one half, add brown sugar, Kahlua, and pecans. Grease bundt pan.
- Pour 1/2 of the pecan mixture, then all of the plain mixture, then remaining half of pecan mixture. Run a knife through mixture to marblize. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Check cake in 1 hour.
