Steps:
- Whisk marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Place shrimp in a plastic bag with marinade for 1 to 2 hours and refrigerator. Soak bamboo skewers in water for the same amount of time to prevent burning. Using 2 bamboo skewers skewer the prawns alternating with a scallion pieces and pepper pieces so the brochettes will lay flat and be easy to flip over. Grill on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.;

USe 12 large prawns for this recipe to make 4 skewers. You can use smaller prawns but you will need to increase the quantity used. This recipe can be gluten-free by using a gf tamari or soy sauce and gf . Preparation time includes 30 minutes marinating time

Steps:
- Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tail intact for presentation.
- Combine all of the remaining marinade ingredients and toss thru the prawns.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes only. (do not allow to marinate longer than the 30 minutes).
- Remove the prawns from the marinade and thread onto the skewers.
- Roll the skewered prawns onto the sesame seeds using a dinner plate or chopping board.
- BBQ or grill on high for approx 2 minutes each side.

- Peel the king prawns and cut the cleaned squid into 3cm pieces, then thread onto three skewers. Light the barbecue. Brush the skewers with your chosen glaze, then, when the flames have died down, cook for 2 mins on each side (or, cook in a griddle pan set over a high heat). Brush with the rest of the glaze and cook for another 1 min on each side until charred and sticky.

- Alternate prawns and tomatoes onto 8 skewers until all are filled. Lay the skewers in a shallow tray or baking dish. Mix the Fiery guava or sweet chilli dipping sauce with the lime juice and thyme leaves, then pour over the skewers. Leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 mins.
- Place the prawns onto a baking tray and pop under a hot grill or over the barbecue for about 10 mins, turning and basting occasionally. Once cooked, serve with an extra pot of Fiery guava sauce for dipping.

Steps:
- Add the lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper into the melted butter and mix well.
- On soaked bamboo sticks, skewer on the prawns and asparagus. Repeat until the skewer is full. Brush the butter mix onto to skewer.
- On a coal BBQ, cook the steak skewers for 1-2 minutes a side, until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through.
- Enjoy!

- Soak wooden skewers in water 1 hour.
- Thread prawns and zucchini onto 12 skewers.
- Combine skewers with remaining ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Drain reserving marinade.
- Grill skewers until prawns are cooked brushing with marinade.
