Copycat Kelseys' 4 Cheese Spinach Dip image

Kelseys got it right with this recipe! This restaurant favorite is made with cream cheese, Parmesan, Romano, chopped spinach, and topped with Cheddar cheese. Serve with fried pita wedges like Kelsey's does or use your favorite dippers.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon freshly grated Romano cheese
1 tablespoon very finely chopped red bell pepper
1 green onion, white and green finely chopped
1/2 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated medium Cheddar cheese
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Romano with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add the red bell pepper and green onion and mix on medium-low until just mixed in. Add the spinach and mix on low. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese and cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. Remove the dish from the oven and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges or tortilla chips.

1 (15 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
3 bricks cream cheese
approx 2 cups frozen chopped spinach (1 bag)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
15 pieces naan bread
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Soften cream cheese in microwave, stir until smooth, add jar of alfredo sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 of the shredded cheese. Drain spinach and add.
  • Place mixture in 8x8 baking dish, top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbly.
  • Cut Naan bread into wedges, place in large mixing bowl and add olive oil, toss until coated. Sprinkle on chili and garlic powder and toss. Place on baking sheet and bake for last 10 minutes with dip.
  • Enjoy!

1 Package of cream cheese
1/4 cup fresh grated parm
2 tbsp. fresh grated romano
1/4 medium red pepper, minced
1 shallot minced
1 green onion minced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 block frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top

Steps:

  • Mix parm, romano, cream cheese & garlic powder well. Add chopped veggies. Then add spinach. Mix well. Put into a shallow baking dish so that the dip is no more than about an inch deep. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with tortillia chips or pita triangles. Delish!

8 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion (can be green onion for a milder taste)
1/2 package thawed and drained frozen chopped spinach (more if you like spinach, less if you don't)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup of choice cheese (can be mozza, jack, or I use feta)
1 teaspoon cayenne (or seasoning salt for a milder alternative)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together really well (leaving 1/3 cup of cheddar for the top).
  • Put in greased over ready dish (glass, china, anything but a pan or tin).
  • Top with remaining cheddar.
  • Bake for 15 minute at 375º.
  • Make sure it's bubbling! Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with pita wedges, naan or tortilla chips!
  • Have fun with it! If you want more or less or certain things don't hesitate, it's a very flexible recipe!
