A low carb version of a childhood favorite waffle - the chocolate chip waffle. It's like having dessert for breakfast, but without the sugar!

Steps:
- Preheat waffle maker to medium high heat. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour the waffle batter into the center of the waffle iron. Close the waffle maker and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown and set. Only pour about 1/3 of the batter if using a mini waffle maker.
- Remove waffle once finished cooking. Repeat with remaining batter if necessary.

- Remove the waffles once they are done and serve.

- Mix the egg yolks, coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener, and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter slowly, mixing to ensure it is a smooth consistency.
- Add the milk and vanilla, mix well.
- Gently fold spoons of the whisked egg whites into the yolk mixture. Try to keep as much of the air and fluffiness as possible.
- Place enough of the waffle mixture into the warm waffle maker to make one waffle. Cook until golden.
- Repeat until all the mixture has been used.
